Rise Ireland Leadership Conference 28th-29th March 2025

Designed for you to grow !

You are invited to our brilliant, interactive Rise Ireland Women's Leadership Conference.
This specially tailored event is designed to equip, resource and empower female leaders (and emerging female leaders) to develop and grow.
As leaders we need to be lifelong learners and we have much to glean from one another, our sessions will inspire, provoke thought and equip you!

Julia is passionate about seeing women soar in every sphere and season they find themselves.
She has decades of experience of pastoring in one of the biggest local churches in the world and has been part of establishing a local church across Australia, as well as helping other brand new church plants. Since 2019, Julia has been involved in a global humanitarian organisation that responds to disasters as well as Women’s Empowerment and serving the world’s most vulnerable. Today, Julia is more motivated than ever to empower women and see leaders and local churches everywhere flourish in their communities. She has been married to her husband Joel for 31 years and adores her family.

Priscilla Reid was part of the leadership at Christian Fellowship Church, Belfast, alongside her husband Paul, for twenty five years. She now travels worldwide to encourage leaders. Priscilla has been involved in ten church plants and wants to help leaders have the best start in launching and growing healthy teams, healthy ministries and healthy churches. Priscilla has a passion to see women fulfill their God given calling. Over the years she has trained people in the prophetic, leading prophetic teams and encouraging people to hear from God.

Sarah leads Rise Women Leadership Network in Ireland. A Wicklow native, Sarah has served as a senior leader of Abundant Life Christian Church Limerick for 17 years and is on staff as a Pastor. She has also served nationally as a Board member for Christian Churches Ireland (CCI) and Zoe Community. Sarah grew up in the church and has been in various leadership roles since she was a teenager. Sarah loves teaching God’s Word, helping people discover freedom and wholeness and is passionate about walking alongside female leaders. Sarah is married to the wonderful Martin for 20 years and they have two children.

REBECCA NAIDOO is also with us holding a breakout session on the importance of cultivating friendships in leadership.. Rebecca has been an integral part in church planting teams, youth leadership and has been a Senior Leader in church. She has a huge pastoral heart and is incredibly relational.
